Helen Doron Global Franchise Conference Launches Exciting New Products

HelenDoron_MFC15_A“Sales! Sales! Sales!” was the theme for the 2015 Helen Doron franchise conference week. The week featured seminars, workshops and discussions for the Master Franchisees and specialized workshops and trainings for Learning Centre Franchisees.  With participants from over 30 countries, the atmosphere was energized and stimulating.

2015 marks the 30th anniversary of Helen Doron English worldwide and an international social and educational campaign, “Hello My World!” was introduced to Master Franchisors and Learning Centre Franchisees along with a number of innovative new programmes for young learners aged 15 months through teens.

Technology is an essential learning tool and Helen Doron continues to lead the way with state of the art resources that use augmented reality and English language apps to supplement classroom learning materials. More Jump with Joey for ages 6-9 teaches English through songs, stories, and magical activity books. Helen Doron Read and Write for ages 4-9 is enhanced with a unique and original interactive reading app which helps children learn whole word and phonic English reading skills.

Helen Doron, founder and CEO explains, “These apps, along with Fun with Flupe English Words, Jump with Joey –Magic Wand, Dragon Tales – Magic Wand and Helen Doron Radio offer a fun, original and effective approach to helping children and teens to learn to speak, read and write English. Children learn English naturally, fuelled by their own curiosity and minimal adult participation is required.” Apps are available through Google Play and Apple App Store.

Dragon Tales Series, available to both Helen Doron students and the broader market was introduced. The series contains 13 books; each is enhanced with augmented reality which brings the stories to life.

Participants discussed a variety of thought-provoking subjects pertinent to marketing English as a Foreign Language. Smaller discussions were held in workshop format, focusing on marketing, training, management and profitability.

Highlights of the Learning Centre conference included keynote speaker, Greg Nathan, international expert on franchising and franchise psychology. Nathan led a full-day experience tailored and designed for Helen Doron English franchisees and explained the psychology of high performance in franchise networks.
