Helen Doron English Opens Nine New Learning Centres in Spain

Despite global economic hardship causing cutbacks, especially in the educational sector, in the past six months Helen Doron English has launched 74 new learning centres throughout the world.blogpost-Franchise growth

Helen Doron English, world leader in teaching English to children, with more than 750 language schools worldwide, is launching nine new Learning Centres in Catalonia, Spain. The Helen Doron English educational franchise in Spain is targeted to increase by 50% the number of Learning Centres opened last year, by opening 15 to 20 new ones in the second half of 2013.

The new Helen Doron English schools are located in Sant Boi de Llobregat, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Viladeans and Barcelona (Bonanova district). Andalucía will open three more in September (Aljaraque, Granada and Osuna). Additionally, a new educational centre in Zaragoza, the first one in the Aragón region, opened June 14th, as well as another one in Cuenca, the first one launched in the Castilla- La Mancha region.

Furthermore, a record number of new Helen Doron English European Learning centres opened in the last 6 months including: 15 in Poland, 11 in Hungary, 8 in Italy, 6 in China, 6 in Germany, 5 in Romania, 3 in Austria, 3 in Slovenia, 2 in Israel, 2 in Czech Republic, 1 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 1 in Portugal, 1 in Slovakia and 1 in Croatia.

Helen Doron Early English offers a total of 12 courses in English for children: eight years of spoken English (some courses with optional reading and writing) for younger children, and four years of speaking, reading and writing for older children. Students of Helen Doron Teen English are prepared for the Common European Framework of Reference exams, while retaining the fun and natural manner of learning that is unique to Helen Doron.

With the school year coming to a close in Europe, many Helen Doron Learning Centres are offering English-immersion programmes throughout the summer, attracting new students and augmenting what Helen Doron English students have learned throughout the school year.
