Dance at Home

When you’re confined to home, getting enough exercise can be a challenge. Dancing is great exercise for the whole family, and is a great way to keep your children energized! It’s important to remember that physical activity plays an important role in developing the brain and supporting important mental functions, as well as the body, so it’s important to find movement that your child enjoys, and it can be great fun to dance together.

All Helen Doron programmes include plenty of physical movement, as “an active body is a learning body”, so learning is enhanced and naturally absorbed when combined with fun physical activity.
